Site-specific augmented soundwalks

With Charlotta Ruth. Through the format of augmented sound walks, Hörselgång explores the pyschoacoustic mechanisms that filter our percpetion of the world, actively interfering with two fundamental conditions of our sense of hearing: subjectivity and situatedness. The project combines peer-to-peer binaural headsets with spoken instructions and choreographic clues to allow two people to listen simultaneously through each other’s ears.
